Hmm.. Cars that inexplicably accelerate and crash into something causing the system reset thus leaving no evidence. Does anyone else think this seems a lot like Skynet covertly testing the waters for a global takeover?

It could even be this. Which would be harder, because there's no mastermind here to take out.

Plus that means the future is much more poorly written and involves a lot more Emilio Estevez.
