SO apparently it's illegal to brew beer in your basement, or in a room used for any other purpose in Minnesota. Who knew? Certainly not me.

But I'll plead the 5th on whether that is relevant to me.

But apparently I've been breaking the law every time I go to Iowa with a duck on my head or eat a hamburger in St Cloud on Sunday... and some of the other dumb laws will not be discussed. No office- that's not a chicken... why?

I see both sleeping naked and oral sex are illegal in MN. I guess the logic is sleeping naked is a gateway offense to oral sex, maybe?

Practical experience says NOT!

You know I remember that landmark case about the kissing bandit. With his huge 'Mustache' kissing women in public in Iowa. Scandalous!!

Pre-marital, or perhaps I should say non-marital, sex is illegal here too.
